A flame no longer burns
On Sunday, March 28, 2010 The Handcrafted Soap and Cosmetics world lost a wonderful soul. Trina Wallace, founder of Snowdrift Farms, passed away from complications due to Ovarian Cancer.
Trina was a great soul, always freely giving professional advise and the sharing of ideas for those engaged in cosmetic formulation, whether for fun or profit. Trina, along with her husband Bill, were one of the pioneering companies in internet sales for small quantity sales for handcrafting cosmetic formulators. They were one of my first suppliers when I started formulating. Between the forums, advice, website and superior service, I credit with Trina for much inspiration.
My deepest sympathies go out to her family. There is an old Jewish saying "The only truly dead are those who have been forgotten." Trina will never be forgotten. Her candle may no longer burn, but her light will always shine for me.

Rest in peace, Trina. Thank you for your many contributions and how you made the world a better place for small businesses all over.
